1. Overview & Data Controller

ARCAISYS PRIVATE LIMITED ("ARCAISYS", "we", "us", or "our") operates the SightQC visual quality inspection SaaS platform. We are committed to protecting the corporate operational data and personal data of our users in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023 of India, and other applicable global regulations.

2. Data Collection Practices

While providing our quality inspection services, SightQC collects the following categories of data:

• Corporate Account Data: Company name, work email addresses, phone contacts, billing information, and registration details.
• Operational Edge Data: Metadata from industrial cameras on the factory floor, defect logs, scan throughput statistics, and calibration parameters.
• Sample Training Images: Images of products (good vs defective) uploaded voluntarily by your plant administrators to train custom models. We do not inspect images containing human faces or unrelated factory floor environment details.

3. Data Residency & Processing Locations

Storage Residency: To comply with local statutory mandates and corporate audit standards, all data processed by SightQC (including image logs, model weights, and account databases) is stored exclusively in India inside the AWS Mumbai region (ap-south-1).

We do not transfer raw factory images or customer telemetry outside the sovereign boundaries of the Republic of India.

4. DPDPA 2023 Compliance Statement

In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, ARCAISYS ensures:

• Consent-Based Processing: We collect and process user personal data strictly based on clear, unambiguous consent provided via our trial agreements.
• Right to Erase: You have the right to request complete deletion of your corporate account logs and training image caches.
• Right to Correct: You can update inaccurate operator contact details or billing information at any time.

5. Data Security

We maintain strict security safeguards. All data is encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access to model training environments is strictly isolated to your dedicated Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) instances on AWS.
