Frisha is a manufacturing systems expert with over 12 years of experience optimizing operational efficiency across automotive parts and electronics assembly plants in Western India. Before co-founding ARCAISYS PRIVATE LIMITED in May 2026, she managed large-scale supply chain logistics, witnessing firsthand how defect margins directly penalize small suppliers attempting to secure enterprise supplier tier contracts.

"After visiting 50+ factories, I saw the same problem recurring across shifts: human quality inspectors missing microscopic defects due to simple eye strain. The enterprise-grade machine vision setups on the market cost upwards of $100,000 and required specialized external contractors to maintain. I knew we could leverage recent advancements in edge computer vision to build an affordable alternative."

At ARCAISYS, Frisha drives the business execution, establishing strategic hardware alliances with camera vendors and designing customer-focused licensing models. Her goal is to bring zero-defect manufacturing capabilities to mid-sized factory plants worldwide, starting with local clusters in Maharashtra and Gujarat.
